Our training is provided by managing directors, field directors and expert representatives who deliver courses to polish skills and create the frame work for success. As gaining experience is essential, a combination of team work and guidance is encouraged through joint work opportunities. Growth is an important part of our mission statement. We will administer the expertise needed for growth and confidence toward advancement in this progressive industry.

Roadmap to Success

Contracting and Licensing

  • Meet with Contracting and Licensing Coordinator
  • Complete contracting and licensing paperwork
  • Schedule pre-licensing course and state insurance exam

Pre-Training (5+ weeks)

  • Finish contracting and licensing requirements
  • Weekly touch points with Director of Training to complete pre-work for training
  • Continue prospecting and building your market – keep adding to projects

Fastrack Sales School

  • Participate in training (3 weeks)
  • Learn the art and science of client building and product knowledge
  • Become an expert at phoning and prospecting
  • Leave training with 25-30 appointments on your calendar
  • Begin joint work appointments

Full-Time Representative

  • Graduate from Fastrack Sales School and enter RACE program
  • Attend accountability and support meetings
  • See people and fight to see people
